I feel a little let down with these totals. I had 2 off days this week, but still feel like I worked out more. I think the most upsetting part is that I am pretty tired for a "recovery" week.
Heading out to dinner tonight with Bryan tonight. We met through my first race and Team in Training. Tomorrow I am going to do a ruen with Dave, who I met on the Granite State Triathlon Club. It has been really great to meet so many great people because of this sport.
